I've run exactly into the same situation with my Win7Rescue.iso
It successfully boots from a DVD I've built with the latest version (2.0.5 RC1 Fix) but not from any USB-Stick.
The hardware is a what I consider a pretty much standard business notebook from Lenovo with a Core i5.
In older versions of Sardu, 2.0.4 or so, such an error didn't occur.

I've used a different external hard drive today, and guess what? It won't boot into Windows 7! It hangs at the same screen and it just won't load!

Thanks for the update, David.

However, even with the latest update I'm still not able to boot into a Win7PE SE (roughly 1,7 GB of size) from an USB stick.
With 2.0.4.3 it is possible, but one the other side 2.0.4.3 doesn't let me start up Ophcrack (from an USB stick as well).
That leaves me somehow trapped :D

Apart from that, pretty much I've tested with the RC2 - mainly from *DVDs* - works.

I wouldn't mind if you add openSUSE's Live CD(s) as an option under "Linux" as it is a very popular distro over here.

Hi David,

I've tried the RC2 this morning, looks like the Windows Vista / 7 / 8 booting bug is still there!

What I've found is that if you press F8 and choose NO for the first question; you'll be fine booting into Vista / 7 / 8; or else you'll get stuck like my previous posts

Or else......

The problem is, the bug doesn't appear on all of my pen drives / hard drives! If I format my pen drive and re-create everything again, it might just work perfectly after that! Very strange......
