I've seen the following screen twice already, the only thing I can do is to use the Power Button to switch the computer off. It doesn't come up very often, and I can't really replicate the problem. It's very random!

I've run exactly into the same situation with my Win7Rescue.iso
It successfully boots from a DVD I've built with the latest version (2.0.5 RC1 Fix) but not from any USB-Stick.
The hardware is a what I consider a pretty much standard business notebook from Lenovo with a Core i5.
In older versions of Sardu, 2.0.4 or so, such an error didn't occur.

2.0.5. RC 2
- Added ability to set or disable boot timeout
- Updated grub4dos to 0.4.5c-2012-06-19
- Updated Cygwinn dll
Let me know

I've used a different external hard drive today, and guess what? It won't boot into Windows 7! It hangs at the same screen and it just won't load!
