and by the way, old version of SARDU, v203,
works all the time without a single issue..

its just that i needed the new version for hirens bootCD in it,,,

so it seems a bug with the new v2043 + 64bit systems,,,

maybe use same code as i v203 and just dont bother making an x64 version,,,,

Try to use SARDU version 32bit

if your talking about using SARDU.EXE instead of SARDU_X64.EXE
it still doesnt work unLess i do these steps

#1- put hiren.iso in ISO Folder
#2- launch sardu_x64.exe
#3- sardu wont work right, donate button wont work, wont detect my hiren.iso and USB drive and more...
#4- leave sardu open, but launch sardu.exe
#5- say ok when sardu says there's already open
#6- as magical as it sounds, sardu will start to work and detect everything correctly

I can't recreate your problem. I use sarduexe (32bit) and my SARDU see my USB.
Try from scretch: try deselecting all ISO, put your formatted USB, going to search USB.
My opinion is that any antivirus or firewall lock SARDU.

i disabled all protection on my system,

its a windows7 64bit related issue in v2043.

as i said, v203 works without issues on my win7 x64 machine.

Just an update for SARDU_2.0.6.5, also cannot detecting some of my flash drive, and in short time i now how to figured it out, the problem is only happen on some NTFS formatted flash drive. Then I try to re-formated my flash drive into single FAT32 format and then its works...
