I use Windows XP to run SARDU and I use no antivirus, it's basically a new PC and only has a couple things on it.

I kept copying over the missing files from XP Pro to XP Home i386 folder and around 60% it says "Cannot copy setup.exe" but setup.exe is in the root of the XPhSP3 folder and is the exact same file as in XPpSP3 so I should not need to copy it over, but it can't find that file and that's where I'm stuck now.

You can explain your modify to check if there is one error on my source?
I support al sp of all versions of XP, i can make errors with the source or in my tests works fine (italian MSDN copy and in your no)

in usb:\winsetup\XPhSP3\i386 -- file setup.cmd is 0KB (empty)

I take usb:\winsetup\XPpSP3\i386 setup.cmd which is 12KB and modify:

set TAGFILE=\WINSETUP\XPpSP3

and I make it
