Windows 7 64 Bit Installation disk error

Postby devanb » March 13th, 2011, 5:09 pm

Hello.

I created an ISO from my windows 7 install disk using cdburner. I can open the ISO file with winrar and see all the files.

When I use Sardu to install the ISO I get the following errors:

Start creating Sardu for USB!

Update Menu Sardu finished!

I have used Sardu successfully with downloaded ISO files but not with one I had to create myself.

Please help, I can't boot my laptop.

This error is when the ISO is corrupted. If you have 7z check the iso with --> Right click --> check the archive

Thank you for the quick reply.

I installed 7z and checked the archive. It reported no errors, however, it did not have all the contents. Strange because if I opened it with winRar everything is there.

Then only "error" is that 7z reports that this disc contains a UDF file system and requires an OS that supports ISO-13346 UDF file system specification.

What program should I use to create the ISO file?
