@ netentity

Could you please try a simple change in sardu configuration file? It would be interesting to know if it works.
First, it's important to stay at Syslinux 4.x (its called "isolinux" in USB Menu).

now edit the following file: [SARDU-Drive]:\SARDU\pe.cfg

search for this text area:
Code: Select all
#Install di Win 7
label ... (language dependent)
menu ... (language dependent)
MENU INDENT 1
      COM32 /chain.c32
APPEND boot ntldr=/bootmgr

and replace last line by this: APPEND fs ntldr=/bootmgr

Here's the problem.

SARDU creates this in the pe.cfg file.

APPEND bootntldr=/bootmgr

If you edit it to this

APPEND boot 1 ntldr=/bootmgr

It functions. Apparently it's a bug with the pe.cfg file generation code with SARDU 2.0.4 and possibly 2.0.3.
