Im new to this little usb boot creator

I know Sardu can create a USB boot but i have another question beside that

My friend gave me the DVD boot made by Sardu, I really like the utilities he put on but I want to copy that DVD to usb and boot from usb instead of booting from DVD.

How would I do that? make the ISO of that dvd? Or copy all the file on that dvd to usb?

Could you tell me how to do that without changing the structure of the DVD booting list?
