Hi david, long time no see.

Real computer & VBox; DVD, ISO & USB HDD. SARDU 4.0.3

Two problems:
#1
Several programs don't seem to be working anymore--
- pmagic_2012_2_19.iso hangs during kernel load/when looking for the squashfs.
- Hiren_s.BootCD.15.1.iso LiveXP doesn't load & hangs with a black screen, Seagate tool doesn't load & several other problems.
- ubuntu-11.10-desktop-i386.iso doesn't even try to load, every time it goes back to the Ubuntu grub menu.
- When making HDD if EXTRA is selected, SARDU hangs at Windows_Vista_Recovery_Disc.iso extraction.

I have only tried these, but below is a list of [most] of the ISO's I have put on the HDD. All ISO images are latest build/release.

Load SOLARIS installation images using the ISO_Extra feature of SARDU hangs at a blank/black screen with just "GRUB_" displayed-- [NOTE: none of the other ISO's work either, memtest/dban]

Fix the title of the thread with correct version.
For Extra i can't help you. Extra aren't supported.
I'm rewriting SARDU from scretch, in a few of week i can update and test all updated ISOs.
