I have made my bootable dvd with 2.0.3 but when I boot in to ubcd4win or winxp setup the following error occurred.

Installer of XP is unmodded?
UBCD4WIN is standard?

There are no error with standard files.

yes downloaded from net and the iso was working perfectly with previous versions of sardu.

Try last 2.0.4 beta 1....but..haven't made change from version beta of 2.0.3...

Tried with VirtualBox and boots fine.

I'm using virtual box only

I made a ISO from my original copy of Windows XP and i build a copy of UBCD4 WIN from my copy and works fine.
