Hi,
First of All THANK you Very much for this useful software.
Unfourtunatly i`m facing a problem using this device in adding fusion linux. i renamed the iso to the name in which it recognise it as FEDORA""fusion is full compatible with Fedora Including Boot system". but this CHEATING methode did not work.
i used the beta version to add new extra ISO, i recognize it use grup4dos(wow).but all of my images: Zorin 5,Pinguy 11.04 & Fusion linux failed to start the Live CD.
the problem appear only after loading startup files loading(i tried to use start installer directly but with the same result.)

Zorin & Pinguy report:

busybox v1.17.1(ubuntu 1:1.17.1-10ubuntu1) built-in shell (ash)
Enter "help" for list of built-in commands.

(initramfs) Unable to find a medium containing alive file system.

NB:I`m using Virtual machine to test the NEW ISO

I can't help you.
I can supports only original version of software. I think that the boot of fusing is only compatible with fedora, not equal.
Grub
You can search a solution with grub, create the file .lst (menu), import the folder and the menu file.
