Persistent file system

Postby vonroch » January 31st, 2011, 7:09 pm

First off I would like to say great product!! Everything I have setup and tested has worked flawlessly! I have just one question when booting into Ubuntu on live USB drive I would like to have a persistent install of Ubuntu. I have built one on another USB drive using Linux Live USB and tested it with great success but I would I like very much to be able to transfer the existing one I have on my other USB drive or make the one I have installed on my Sardu USB drive be persistent. If someone knows a way of doing this it would make using Sardu perfect.

Thanks for your time,

The only thing that I have found that might be hindering me is that the USB drive is recognized as a CDROM drive and not a USB drive. But I will look up making a persistent file system with a CD. I appreciate the quick response and help, keep up the great work!!
