Install two or more windows?

How can I install few windows? For example, two or more WIN7 ? First ultimate, second home edition?

I have an AIO ISO win7 sp1 image. I have followed some tutorials using waik app from Microsoft starting from original MSDN x86 and x64 iso images available from MDL. Let me know for more explanations, I can give the iso file without any problems.
