How to correctly upgrade your SARDU software

Hi again,

This is a very different question so that's why I made this separate post.

When I upgrade SARDU to a newer version I always worry which files I should replace to upgrade and which ones I need to leave untouched.
Ofcourse when upgrading I do not want to loose my precious ISO files or critical settings.
This since I want to be able to update my existing SARDU USB installation after upgrading too.

Can you help me out here ?

When i update SARDU is for two reason:
Fix bugs
Add or update news Isos.
