Can anyone help to diagnose why i get this error?

I downloaded x86/x64 Ultimate SP1 ISO's from Technet.
Merged the x64 into the x86 using ImageX.
Created an ISO of the result using PowerISO.

If I copy the contents of the ISO to a thumb I have a functioning AIO installer.
If I use YUMI to create a multiboot with the ISO it functions.
I want to use SARDU because it also has the recovery section too (YUMI doesn't).

Any help is appreciated.

I think I have it solved. When I created the ISO i didn't create it as UDF, but instead the default...

I'll come back to confirm.
