I am in tech support type of business in my day job. One of the things that greatly improved support was the ability for the customer to generate a support file, and send that to us to look at. It meant that all the important information that *we* wanted was captured and didn't need customer to have to do a few things.
May I suggest a button to click to generate a support file that would include stuff like:
OS, RAM, HDD space, ISO's selected, customizations, logs etc. Since these are all text files, you can 7zip this into kilobytes and then allow a small attachment limit on this board so files can be attached to reported bugs.
Just a suggestion (think of it as not having to ask for basic information, over and over and over and the less stress you'll have from that).
