Computer Does Not Boot To DVD

Postby ConMac » April 21st, 2012, 4:23 am

I just burned my first ISO with 17 anti-virus and utilities, but it won't boot into the DVD, even though I selected that option in the Boot Manager. I get an error message that says that Windows failed to start normally with options that include going into Safe Mode, etc. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, or assist me in troubleshooting the problem? Thanks! :)

Yes, SARDU said the DVD was burned successfully. It also had the green bar indicating this.

I guess I use this tool to test the individual ISO images to see which ones work in a virtual machine, right? The one that doesn't, I delete, then burn the ISO again, and that should give me a bootable DVD?

Before burn the cd you can try the ISO with mobaliveCD or Virtualbox

You not reply to the questions of linuxbaby: you see the SARDU's screen?

Yes I see the SARDU screen, and I am using MobaliveCD to troubleshoot. It was Clonezilla, the error message was that it requires X-86-64 CPU. But this doesn't make sense because I have a Core i5-2500K. I'll just try another ISO of Clonezilla until it works. Thanks for advice, cheers!
