I have found the answer to this problem for 2.0.6.5. It appears that when sardu try's to confirm the downloaded iso image it fails to use the proper folder name if the name has a space in it. This is a serious problem as most people that use windows will install the package into the Program Files folder. The download works fine but because it cannot confirm the iso is correct it doesn't save the file. The same problem occurs when trying to make a usb drive. Sardu cannot locate the iso image to extract the files it needs and indicates errors during the build.
If you install sardu in a folder that has a name with no spaces in it sardu works fine.
Did not try to simply change the iso folder, but that might work also.

Same problem here. Always error when I try to download anything from SARDU, ALWAYS!

ISO folder without spaces! It's not a problem. So?

I think that your antivirus or your firewall lock SARDU.
Add one rule to allow SARDU to download

No firewall and antivirus tested on few pcs. My friends have the same issue.

SARDU is downloaded from more 1000 users daily....I've no other reports of this problem.
Can you try do disable direct download and see if SARDU open official pages of the softwares?
