Sell SARDU it's illegal

Postby davidecosta » March 25th, 2011, 11:25 am

I'm sorry to see that anyone sell SARDU without permission. This is very illegal.
If you have buy a disk or USB with SARDU get money back. No one can sell a support with SARDU. Only I have the rights of Sardu and only I can authorize the people. At today no one is authorized to sell SARDU. Sell SARDU violates the license.

You may distribute or reproduce the Software freely for
personal and non-commercial uses only, provided you
previously contact the Author by E-mail and receive
explicit authorization to the distribution or reproduction.

Commercial distribution is subject to the author terms
and is only permited under the conditions imposed
by the author for each specific distributor, in wich the
rights to remove the given authorization at any time
are always retained by the author himself and will apply
to all present, previous and future versions of this software.

Free and commercial authorization to distribute this Software
can terminate at any given moment if the author considers
that the previously authorized person or organization are
using or distributing this software under conditions
not accepted by the author.

The termination of an authorization is extended to all
present, previous and future versions of this software.

One site sell the support of SARDU for 9.99£,this is very annoying. This person: Tom Xxxxxx asked me the autorizzation to sell SARDU on Ebay giving me the 10%. I don't understand this proposal. Tom Xxxxxx has never contributed to the development of SARDU, No one £ or € was donated by Tom Xxxxxx . I do the hard work and .... their earn.
No reply was given to me when I banned the sale. If Tom Xxxxxx don't remove the sell I am obliged to take a legal action

Not good. May be you can submit his site to various reputation/blocking services? http://www.urlvoid.com/scan/Xxxxxx .co.uk/ He more than qualifies and submission might be most effective if done by you. Having to waste time on such idiots is not useful of course but how it is. If it helps someone to avoid him...

People who use the WOT (Web of Trust) for safe browsing could mark down the site's Trustworthy rating.
WOT is a community based rating system that rates sites for Trustworthiness, Vendor reliability, Privacy and Child Safety.
A browser plugin is used that shows different colored icons for the levels of each of those categories, and you can be warned if trying to visit a site that's poorly rated.

I mentioned the site and this problem of selling your cd, and already a number of people have rated it down.

Check here :
http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/Xxxxxx.co.uk

David - you could write a Comment along with a rating.

Best of luck,

Kent

I wrote this for the WOT comment - is this about right ?

This website and company is selling, without permission, a PC fixit cd developed by someone else, in violation of the license, and against the explicit wishes of the developer. They have been asked to cease and desist but refuse to do so.
