It is a 232gb WD passport usb 2.0 drive. The only options I have in windows 7 are to format as NTFS or exFat.

Even though it automatically changed the paths for all the ISOs in SARDU when I moved the directory, when I try to create an ISO I get the error cannot find archive on the first file (AOSS.ISO). I will remap the files.

I am not given the choice of formatting in other than NTFS or exFat for this drive. I have used a passport drive with SARDU before. I am still getting errors when I try to create an ISO. It says it can't find the AOSS.ISO image. I will also try with smaller USB.

tried with 32gb USB device. Explorer foormatted as FAT32, SARDU sees it fine. SARDU says that if I select all available images it adds up to 20.87gb. When I tell SARDU to create a USB I get an error:

insufficient space in hard disk; use direct extraction!

What does this mean exactly and what is direct extraction?

Do I need the equivalent amount of temp space on my boot device? Can I change the temp folder if so?

Only pro version will support more windows.

Note that in the current version if you select
File->Select All ISOs available
all windows ISOs that are available get checked.

Is there any way to gracefully stop the process once you start creating an ISO or USB? I have just been exiting the program.

I exited and restarted SARDU. I added a couple more programs (exe files). Then I tried to create an ISO. It got stuck at the win7prox64.iso file again. I use File->check ISO integrity and that came back fine. I have used this ISO to install windows 7 on several machines (volume license). A video of the session is here:
