Ok! Now I see it, can you put the link more clear in the web please?

(running Windows Vista Home Basic SP2 32bits like Administrator)

It seems to be the same problem like this: italian-forum/sardu-2-0-5-non-parte-t966.html ¿a bug?

My gateway antivirus on my firewall blocked the download of SARDU 2.0.5 saying it was infected. I temporarily disabled this AV and downloaded it to my PC. Then my AV program, Kingsoft Antivirus, also flagged it. It is flagging the files setup.exe (two different instances), and setup_dbg.exe in the compressed SARDU_1 file. I never had this problem with the previous version, but needless to say, when two different AV tools find something I'm less likely to just blow it off as a false positive. I uploaded it to JOTTI and VIRUSTOTAL and it was also flagged by ClamAV and TrendMicro.

Can you confirm that these files are clean? And if so, you might want to put some text on your download page warning people about false positives from some AV programs.

The new grub.exe included with 2.0.5 no longer accepts my boot parameters which worked fine with the old grub in 2.0.4.3

Code: Select all
#boot di BootIt NG 1.87 ISO (swap hd0 with hd1)
label Boot from BootIt NG 1.87 ISO (swap hd0 with hd1)
menu label Boot from BootIt NG 1.87 ISO (swap hd0 with hd1) (GRUB)
MENU INDENT 1
      kernel /boot/grub.exe
      APPEND --config-file="map (hd1) (hd0); map (hd0) (hd1); map (hd0,0)/ISO_Extra/BOOTITNG.ISO (hd32); map --hook; chainloader (hd32)

Mapping looks like it's broken. Where did you get this version of grub?

I replaced your grub.exe with the one from the previous SARDU version and problem solved. The grub that works came from the last release of grub4dos (grub4dos-0.4.4-2009-06-20.zip).

Code: Select all
grub    .exe                                     286507  6/19/2012  2:29  (does not work)
grub    .exe                                     236977  6/21/2009  0:12  (works)

I remember the previous sardu allowing you to update the definitions for WDO when adding WDO. I do not see
this anymore. Is it still possible and if so how?

SARDU is a multiboot builder, if the software can update all signatures....
