. Ok I hope this file from here. I made it by NotePAD++ and save it as a "Encode as UTF-8" file.

. Well! It was look like this at my Notepad++:


. But when I change SARDU language to Arabic (Its different with Persian(Farsi) but close to us!) I saw these ???? characters:



. and when I change It with my language.ini file I saw this:


. I think UTF is different for Persian(farsi) language!?
