I found that Hirens Boot CD have a dos driver for rw NTFS support called NTFS4Dos 1.9.

The Avira driver is free only for personal use

Avira is the anti virus program on hirens boot cd.
Scroll down to file system tools.

I was thinking that you just use the NTFS driver and leave the rest alone. No need to use the ISO as it is. 8-)
