USB format menu command not working

Hi,

The "Format USB" menu command is not working pop up message "USB not formatted".
Command line fat32format is working fine.

The format command is waiting for an answer... but y doesn't allow to continue operations although formatting completes.
echo y | fat32format f:
working but not solving my problem.
