How can I update an existing USB with new ISO?

Any update on this? Everything I read says there should be a USB update option, but I only see create.

If I choose create then I am asked if I want to overwrite an old version of SARDU? If I say no then nothing happens, I haven't tried yes yet. I just want to add 1 new ISO, so I'm not sure how to proceed, if the update option was there I understand there should also be a remove option, in which case I only check the new one I want to add. But, without the update and remove options I'm not sure if I'm supposed to have everything checked that I want on the USB, or only what I want to add...
