Hello,

I have the free version of Sardu, which I registered. However I am unable to register my copy. I created another account with a different email address, but it still does not work.

The "register" button is always greyed. As I type my email adress and the password provided by email, it stays grey. I copy/paste the password, it still stays grey.

How can I fix this?

your SARDU's path contains special characters?
Can yoy try to extract SARDU in C:\SARDU ?

original path was:
D:\donnees\download\Sardu_311
I moved it to:
D:\Sardu and C:\Sardu.
Still the same problem.
I've re-extracted the original file to D:\Sardu (after deleting everything), still the same problem.

You are operating as "administrator"?
You have some active anti-virus or firewall software that may have put in block SARDU?

To see if any antivirus or firewall put in block SARDU you can try with checking elementary actions.
You can do this in the menu "File" -> "check elementary actions"
If this test fails, it means that some antivirus / firewall or other software put in block SARDU.

If I try to run the software as administrator I get an error message:
"File SARDU_1 not found".

Check elementary actions reports "Verification successful" with my anti-virus&firewall on.

I've managed to register the copy on another computer with my home account. Weird, that I can't do it on the main computer.

Maybe it's the antivirus? Well, if you have Windows 10, it prevents the Windows defender.

Were you using the windows defender anti-virus or some other. And is this issue bound to be there with an anti-virus?
