I have a rebuilt machine with a fresh install of Windows XP SP3, fully patched, all drivers up to date. Brand new install of SARDU 2.6.0.3. Newly downloaded ISOs. Nothing in Extras. The USB dropdown on the right-hand side is greyed out even though there is a USB drive plugged in and it is recognized by the OS. When I click on the button to build the USB it says to plug in the drive, even though it is already plugged in. When I click on OK, SARDU just shows "erasing temp files" in the status at the bottom and progresses no further.

Version should be 2.0.6.3, although I reverted back to 2.0.5 and I have the same issue.

The USB is NTFS?
If yes or you have to enable NTFS support (menu USB)
Or format the pendrive FAT32

If NO check if your unit is blacklisted
