Sardu with 32GB USB NTSF (Win XP / Win 7 / Win 8) Problem

Hi alll
Somebody help me ?
I'd like to make in 1 usb, contain Windows XP + Windows 7 AIO + Windows 8 + Mini Tool Partition.
How to do it ?
I'd like to use NTFS, cause I need to put DRIVERPACK (5GB file) in the same USB.

Assume, I am new to this process.

Have you tried starting with MiniTool®'s 'Bootable Media Builder'?
