I have been trying to make a 32gb Sardu usb pen drive, every time I create the drive it won't boot with the error below. everything copies ok but it won't boot

Well 11 people has looked at my post and steamily nobody knows what's went wrong... maybe somebody can tell me what writing means and also who Peter El is and why its there. Or maybe the person who made Sardu has an idea...

Hi, you are using old version of SARDU. Can you try last beta?
You have modded the menu of SARDU?

I got similar issue.
WARNING: No configuration file found.
I tried with a 4GB USB drive and just bought a 128GB USB3 stick that I formatted as a FAT32.
Using v2.0.6.5
