SARDU on a NTFS formatted 64Gb thumb drive

Anyone been successful at getting SARDU to work on a NTFS formatted large (ie 64Gig) thumbdrive? Running the latest version 2.0.6.5 and have NTFS enable selected. Creates files, etc.. but will not boot. If thumb drive is formatted as Fat32 works perfectly. I need the NTFS format as we transport large 12+ gig video files on this device as well.

I tried with hard disk largest 64 gb and works fine
