2: LiveSystem pro ISO works works perfectly
3: Winbuilder PE works works perfectly

I have tested Kaspersky rescue disk. But here is no persistent file nessesary. I think i had done a mistake. Ubuntu works fine with persistence file.

There seems to be some progress on version 3. I am wondering if SARDU v3.0 will boot from a USB flash drive on a system with Secure Boot enabled?

At this moment no, only with secureboot disabled and you don't have all ISOs supported.
Try to enable CMS and boot from legacy

maybe the program is being blocked by comodo antivirus or firewall
