put the linux distro on the usb

Hi to everybody, I am new, I am using SARDU on ubuntu studio, I test the usb and it works but I don't see listed the distributions linux. surely I must transfer the distros on the usb but I don't know how to do.. help please..!

when you launch Sardu, you go to Linux ditro on the left (the penguin), selec the distro(s) you want, then on the right, select your USB key (search icon on top right), then have it write to the USB by clicking the USB icon just below that one. Now the distros should be on your USB.

I made like you said but i don't see again distro in the usb. No ISO on the USB..
maybe i need to choose the ISO folder IN the USB pen?
