Since a few beta updates back, It seems that adding extra isos causes some problems, at least for me.
When I start the process to make the usb booteable, Sardu seems to be unable to copy the extras to the temp folder. It cant pass the "Copy ISO in progress" stage.
Only happens when I add extra isos.

I add the last parts of the log:

08-01-2015:12:05:25 - Start extract E:\SARDU3\SARDU_1 files
08-01-2015:12:05:58 - Terminate extract E:\SARDU3\SARDU_1 files
08-01-2015:12:05:58 - Loading list of software from F:\

08-01-2015:12:06:00 - Extracting iso extra
08-01-2015:12:10:01 - Closing SARDU

I manually closed sardu after 4 minutes of trying to copy a 1mb iso.
Any clues or ideas of what can be happening?

I have this problem too. The isos (3) are only 50 mb. I even tried 1 iso that is only 1 mb and that did not work. I am using the latest version (beta 9). It gets hung at Copy iso in progress. The percentage never moves...stuck at 0%. Is there a beta version that works?

Beta 5 worked beta 6-9 failed

Beta 9 is broken and so are the other previous versions; the extra iso feature does not work, it freezes on Copy iso process. When will the next version be released. I hope the bug is fixed in the next release. Thanks.
