Come the first time this USB stick used in the installation of Windows and other programs.

I make a USB stick to install Windows and fully worked.

Then I wanted to put Acronis True Image:

I putting more than one way
01- Add Extra ISO (GRUB).
02- Add Extra ISO from memory (GRUB).
03- Add Extra ISO from memory (Memdisk).

When I run the program open and I do Backup and restore, but when I want to activate the boot Recovery "F11" error appears in the picture attached.

Please note: That I copied the Acronis ISO file to CD and work exactly boot Recovery.
Is it a problem to run all the properties of the Acronis program through the USB stick..
