No smart name detection? filename requirement?

Postby pstein » April 24th, 2013, 9:21 am

In the past I downloaded separately from Sardu the Minitool Partition Wizard ISO and named it

Partition Wizard Home BootCD v7.8.iso

Today I started Sardu and put the already downloaded iso from above into the ISO folder expecting that Sardu will automatically recognize this already downloaded tool.

BUT this was not the case!
I had to re-download it again through Sardu to a file pwhe7.iso.

Why?

Or does Sardu only detect them if they match a certain filename pattern?

So Sardu is not able to peek into the ISO and find it out from the embedded files?

How can I find out the exacty file name for the ISO WITHOUT having to re-download it?

Mmmmmm
I don't undertand you :(

SARDU support only the downloaded files pressing the button.
If you rename one file or if you choose to support anotrher file this is a bug or a lack of SARDU?
It's true, there isn't a guide...but...if you read the single voices of menus you can find a reply to your queestion (auto update)
