I was curios if you had planed to drop support for Backtrack and change it to Kali Linux now that Backtrack is end of life?

Thanks in advance

They are stopping development of it and moved onto Kali Linux. Kali is based on Debian instead of Ubuntu. If you go to Kali's cite, it can explain it more. So technically, Backtrack isn't dead, it's under a new name and platform.

This is the direct link for 32-bit
http://archive-5.kali.org/kali-images/k ... 0-i386.iso

This is the direct link for 64-bit
http://archive-5.kali.org/kali-images/k ... -amd64.iso

Hope this helps. Backtrack has come to an end and Kali has been born.

I also discovered today that Backtrack is no longer supported. I tried to update my Backtrack 4 but it would not connect to repository. I tried to download Backtrack 5 from the website, but nothing happened when I clicked the download button. It was very confusing, as there is no indication the Backtrack website announcing that it is no longer available and that it has been replaced. I only found out by chance searching for a Backtrack torrent, someone commented it was replaced by Kali.

Right away I downloaded latest SARDU to see if it had been updated for Kali, but it has not :(
