Here is what I have so far:

1st I really like this program and hope we can work out my issues.

I have a Win Vista AIO with a 6+gb wim (split into 2gb size wims with imagex)
I have a Win 7 AIO with a 5+gb wim (split as well into 2gb wims)
I have a WIn 8 AIO with a 4+gb wim (split as well)

I have a Jet Transend 32gb Flash drive formatted FAT32

I create the whole thing fine and it boots and I choose Win 7 and it starts the install and gets to copying files and then asks for the next media (split wim issue). I select Vista and it hangs on Initializing Variable Space and same with Win 8. I have rebuilt this 12 times so far with no luck. Any suggestions would be helpful.

can u share how do u split a big WIM file into 2
because i m faceing problem with my 5.8gb win 8

don't go for splitting
instead follow this post
i managed to install 8gb of win8 iso and 7 gb of win7 iso from my usb hdd

it may look complicated but it has permanent solution for u!!
