I canot get SARDU to accept my serial number

I have tried my company name, my email to activate the pro features with the supplied serial number, but the software does not seem to take it. It sits for a moment or two and then erases the filled in fields and the dialog box just sits there. I am stumped.

What obvious thing am I missing here?

Update
Davide mailed my overnight and it's all fixed. Seems his system had a problem. All good now.
