I've tried to make a bootable USB with SARDU. It's all works fine until i try to plug and select usb as bootable.

that's only blank screen. not SARDU menu.

is there any problem using USB Flashdisk more than 8Gb?

there are no problems with flashdisk then i know.
You have format it with rmprebusb?

try format it use hp usb format tools..., google it
