Feature request: Additional ISO's supported

Postby BCITMike » August 8th, 2012, 7:36 am

Davide,

Here are my top 3 ISO's I wish were supported:

1. Acronis paid boot ISO. Obviously no download link, but allows paid people to use it. I've had it added successfully as an EXTRA in the past, but recently got messed up when moving computers and using latest Sardu.

2. Paragon paid boot ISO. They are like Acronis (but better)

3. OCZ Technology SSD Linux FW updater
http://www.ocztechnology.com/files/ssd_ ... ls-320.zip

The OCZ ISO can be used on USB using pendrive linux and the option "Try unlisted Linux (new Syslinux).

Thanks!

Ciao BCITMike,

Paragon and Acronistools are shur possible for a customizing user like you but not for all people possible to pay this.
SARDU is thanks Davide a roundup tool for all people all over the world who can use SARDU with Freeware boot software.

Ask Davide for a professional version in a PM.

OCZ Toolbox (Firmware Updater): Tell us what the tool have to do with a Bootloadersoftware like SARDU.
Call us the benefits.
Important information: Don't change the SARDU screen or menu's when you want a fine working SARDU. 8-)

Windows is paid software, yet included as an option. So not sure where the all free software comes in as a limitation.

OCZ Toolbox is just another very common bootable iso that allows OCZ SSD drives to be firmware upgraded and erased.

I guess its kind of moot, as of yesterday, when I learned Sardu CD doesn't support unattended windows 7 and windows 8 installs, that Sardu cannot meet any of my needs as a diagnostic tool or as a windows installer. I have found alternatives that are more flexible and do what I need much faster.

Would you please be kind enough to share what alternatives you will be using from now on?

Thanks.
