convertion iso To usb

Hi! juste one question david : )
You think its possible to convert an iso make by SARDU to make a usb boot, without recreate the iso/usb (i have a lot of software personalised (no standart) i added in my iso).
We can just update/modify some boot file form .iso to usb?,
Or usb boot is totally different?

The boot of USB can be totally different
