I am having the same problem, windows allows names with these characters
But not sardu

7z, mkisofs, cdrecord, bcdedit, bootsect and....more software that are the base of SARDU don't accept this charachters

If you want I can make one version that accept these characters ...but...that don't build USB or ISO multibootable
