2 Partition USB FLASH DRIVE

Has anybody found a way to use a partitioned flash drive? I want to have 2 partitions, one for SARDU and leave another one to make OSX Installer. However, if I make the partitions sardu wont detect the usb.

SARDU don't works in a secondary partition.
