I had this problem before
I have just tried this, but again no ISO files in the WINSETUP directory.
I have also tried copying XPhSP3.ISO file from the old USB drive, but I had 1 error during copying files to HDD in the first part of installation. Second part of installation did not even begin & kept showing error messages.
