Problem with localization

Sorry for my English.
I have some problem with localization in Sardu 2.0.3 and 2.0.4 beta.
Please tell me how this possible fix or fix that and include to next release.
Environment:
OS - Windows XP x32

I choice English (Ukrainian, Russian) language. Menu is Ok, localization good work. But tabs and buttons don't changes.

At this moment all sardu isn't translatable

So, I understand what you know about this bug. Is it right?
If yes, would you fix it in next release?

I've not many time, if i can....i add the entries on language.ini. You can open with notepad your language.ini and see if there are words translatables
