syslinux problem

I tried to copy sardu on my another usb drive but it doesn't work.
When start copying; syslinux.exe error occurs (shows classic Windows dialog that the application preformed illegal operation).
Sardu than works as usual and copies all iso images and finish "succesfully".
But when I try to boot the device, it shows "Disc Error Press any key to restart"

It all worked fine until I formated my drive with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool.
Probably its because of it and there is something wrong with MBR.

It works now.
Before you answered me, I tried to find solution on my own and I tried Testdisc.
(I'm lucky - I selected Advacend - Boot - Recover BS and it worked...)
Than I run the SARDU again and there was no problem with copying and there is no problem with booting SARDU menu
