Unable to register v3.2.4

Hi - just as per subject - I do enter my email and serial, but the version continues to say (Unregistered, for personal use...).
I do restart, but the same thing happens. I have disabled my antivirus and MalwareBytes too.
When I login to your website, I can clearly see that I have been registered since 2016 and all my details.
Could you please help?

unfortunately it is a frequent problem.
this may be due to two main reasons:
proxy
antivirus/firewall
Now if you are using a proxy you can only perform the manual registration which I will explain below

Any antivirus or firewall lock SARDU. at the first start of SARDU an authorization request was made. If you answered NO .... this is blocked.
One solution is download a fresh copy of SARDU, to extract it in a different path, the authorization will be asked to which we must answer YES

Put SARDU folder, ISOs folder and USB in white list

Let me know.

Hi Davide,

Thank you for the guidance and help. This time I stopped entirely Kaspersky and MalwareBytes and also ran Sardu at all times as Administrator. This seems to have cured the registration issue. If the 'non-bootable USB stick' issue is not solved, I will report back, but have the feeling it will be cured as well.

Any external software lock SARDU or the USB is corrupted
