I have used PartitionGuru to create MBR with a FAT32 partitin then run Sardu to create 2 OS, Windows 10 and Opensuse Çeadp 42.2 and i didi tested in qemu and it start to boot fine, but when i reboot the machine and test the USB stick i got this error:
failure reading sector 0x0 from 'hd1'.

Does anyone have a clue about why is this happening?

have you tried to change USB port?

i think you have to change the BIOS or (U)efi startoptions to USB
