sardu CD iso to USB

In past, i have created a multiboot CD with sardu 2.
AFter i add some other iso in this CD.
You think if it's possible to use the folder created with sardu 2 and cfg file in the CD and to use them for a new multiboot USB?
Cd and USB have much difference?
