I am a computer consultant and would like to use a Sardu produced USB tool and a Sardu Produced DVD tool. I would be doing this mostly to cleanup infected computers and otherwise recover data. I charge so it is commercial. The license says it is for personal and non-commercial use. I won't use it, if that is prohibited. Perhaps you are only trying to prohibit the Sale of Sardu itself. If you require purchase for professional use, what is the price?
