What are cookies?

Cookies are text files which websites send to user's browser and that are saved on user's pc to be transmitted back on the next visit to the site.

On sarducd.it we use two kinds of cookies:

• a "sessione cookie", needed to save those choices that are essential for website navigation (navigation language, login credentials for restricted areas), in order to avoid user to express them again for each visited page;
• third parties cookies, which are used to obtain data as visited pages, number of visitors, aggregated data about operative systems, browsers, and so on. Users can disable Google Analytics by an add available for Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari.
